Top 7 MGI Levels Every Caravan Owner Needs

For levelling a caravan or motorhome on site, the Milenco MGI Wedge Level XL is a pair of ramps with a conventional wedge shape rather than a stepped profile.

Grip without gripper plates

A high-grip surface and leading edge are built in, so there's no need for separate gripper plates to stop wheelspin as you drive on. The wide footprint helps the ramps resist sinking into softer ground.

Dimensions and load rating

Each ramp is around 66 x 21.5 x 15cm and weighs approximately 2.1kg, rated to 1000kg per wheel. That covers motorhomes up to 4000kg, using one ramp per side of a single axle, or caravans up to 2000kg. The build is lightweight but strong, and rinses clean easily.

Supplied as a pair

Two ramps come in the pack; chocks are sold separately, though Milenco offers extra-wide chocks with a side handle designed to match if you want extra restraint once level.

Setting up on site

Place the ramps on firm ground, drive on slowly, and choose the height that brings the vehicle level before setting the parking brake. On a slope or for a longer stay, use a separate wheel chock on the downhill side. They're not a substitute for a jack and aren't intended for bridging gaps.
