Everything You Need to Know About Aero Adjustable Blind Spot Mirror

Aero Adjustable Blind Spot Mirror

The Aero Adjustable Blind Spot Mirror clips onto an existing Milenco Aero mirror head and can be angled to remove blind spots when towing, using the same Aero clamping system in a permanent, fixed form so it fits all vehicles.

Specification

It's a class 4 and 5 Blind Spot/Wide Angle/Close Proximity mirror, conforming to directive EC 2003/97 and UN regulation 46.02, and is available with convex glass only.

Compatibility

This mirror is designed to work with Milenco Aero, Aero 4, Grand Aero and Aero Platinum towing mirrors — it simply clamps onto the existing Aero mirror head. If you're unsure which version you own, Milenco can confirm compatibility for you.

Why you might need one

Many drivers find a secondary blind spot running alongside the caravan wall, especially when overtaking or changing lanes. This adjustable mirror adds an extra viewing angle so you can monitor traffic that would otherwise sit out of sight — useful in addition to your main towing mirrors, not as a replacement for them.

Fitting and adjustment

It clips securely onto a Milenco Aero or Grand Aero mirror head, and is then angled outward to view the secondary blind spot. Milenco recommends re-checking the tightness after the first few miles of towing, then adjusting it again once the caravan is hitched, to get the correct line of sight.

What to know before buying

This is an add-on accessory rather than a replacement mirror head. It's designed to improve visibility, but won't eliminate every blind spot — correct positioning and adjustment make the difference.
