Essential Maintenance Tips for Stacka Level Systems & Corner Feet

Milenco Stacka Levels with Tyre Saver Top – Interlocking Caravan & Motorhome Levelling Blocks (1500kg per Wheel)

The Milenco Stacka Level 6 is built from high-strength plastic and needs little upkeep, but a few habits will help it perform consistently.

Build the stack on firm ground

Even with a solid base designed to resist sinking, always assemble the blocks on the firmest ground available, and check the stack is sitting flat and stable before driving the wheel onto it.

Use the Tyre Saver for longer stays

If you're parked for an extended period, make sure the Tyre Saver top is correctly seated on the stack — its job is to spread weight evenly across the tyre and reduce flat-spotting during a long stay.

Check the blocks for damage

Inspect the interlocking blocks periodically for cracks or wear at the interlocking points, since the strength of the stack depends on each block seating correctly with the next.

Respect the weight rating

The system is rated to 1,500kg per wheel for vehicles up to 6,000kg. Check this against your actual vehicle weight, particularly for larger motorhomes.

Storage

Use the supplied carry bag to keep the blocks together and clean between trips, and store them dry to avoid trapped moisture affecting the plastic over time.
