Complete Buying Guide: myCOOLMAN Dual Zone

For anyone who needs both fridge and freezer storage on the road without carrying two separate units, the myCOOLMAN 53L Dual Zone is built around exactly that problem.

One cooler, two temperatures

The 53-litre cabinet splits into two independently controlled compartments, so you can run one side as a fridge and the other as a freezer, or set both the same way if that suits the trip better. Each zone has its own reading on the digital control panel.

Where it's aimed

myCOOLMAN lists motorhomes, campervans, 4x4/overland trips, boats and off-grid bases as typical use cases — settings where you're away from a fixed fridge for days at a time and need reliable chilled and frozen storage together.

Power and efficiency

It runs on 12/24V DC in the vehicle or 220-240V AC on mains hook-up, with a high-efficiency compressor for fast pull-down and low power draw. Eco and Max modes let you balance battery life against speed, and 3-stage battery protection is built in to stop it draining your starter or leisure battery too far.

Getting it home and set up

It's supplied with a 12/24V DC vehicle lead, a 240V AC mains lead or adaptor, and a user guide. Heavy-duty handles and tie-down points on the cabinet make it straightforward to secure once it's loaded into a van, 4x4 boot or motorhome garage.
