The Milenco Lightweight Wheelclamp (Trailer, 8"–10" Wheels, Code 0970) is a fast-fit, insurance-approved deterrent for small trailers, designed for everyday security and short stops rather than long-term storage.

Fit and use

It's built to suit virtually all trailers with 8" to 10" wheels, including many small boat and box trailers on a single axle. The clamp grips the rim securely and locks with a high-visibility head intended to put off opportunist theft. It is not suitable for motorhomes or larger caravan wheels — Milenco's caravan-sized clamps cover 13", 14" and 15" wheels instead.

Fitting

Position the clamp so the jaw engages the rim openings and sits snugly over the tyre, then turn the lock fully to secure it. As with any keyed lock, it's worth noting the key number somewhere safe, since there are no master keys. Milenco recommends rechecking tightness after a short tow, and removing the clamp before driving.
