These pads have a lip designed specifically to fit certain vehicles — Milenco lists the 2010 onwards Kia Sorento (up to 2018) as a fitment this pad shape suits. If your existing Aero mirror pads aren't gripping well on this kind of mirror housing, the V Pad shape is the fix Milenco recommends.
